About diagnosis and quoting:
The Reconnect Project offers a free 15-minute diagnostic service to assess and quote for the repair. We will then provide an initial quote for the speculative price of the repair. If this price changes at any time, we will contact the customer to approve the change. The Reconnect Project reserves the right to refuse repair for any reason – at any time during the diagnosis, quoting, or repair process.
About 90 days warranty:
Our warranty covers malfunctioning parts that were repaired by our technicians. Warranty is exclusive to the service that was performed on said device, and exclusive to the parts used to repair the customers’ device.

The Reconnect Project reserves the right to assess the device and make a final judgement on warranty coverage.
Things you need to know:
The Reconnect Project will try the best to fix your device, but we cannot guarantee that the device can be fixed 100% the same with the original appearance or function. The Reconnect Project will do our best to communicate with you if there are going to be any differences in the post-repair product. In addition, if the job is cancelled when the phone has been disassembled, we cannot guarantee that the phone can be assembled to the 100% same condition when it was handed over.
The customer is solely responsible for backing up their device data and protecting their data from unauthorized use. The Reconnect Project will not back up or restore your data prior to repair, and is not responsible for lost or corrupted data. The Reconnect Project can offer data recovery services, but these are quoted separately and are not guaranteed. Please note that the repair of devices may result in loss of data.
Our standard warranty period is 90 days. Warranty will be based on device conditions and the repair you choose, and that warranty period begins from the date of pick up.
After finishing the repair job, we will hold the device for 60 days for pick up. If the customer doesn’t claim the device and pay all charges within sixty (60) days after being notified by The Reconnect Project that the product has been repaired, The Reconnect Project will consider the product abandoned.
